We performed a full wipe-down, vacuuming, and used both a steam cleaner and Tornador to thoroughly clean the seats and interior surfaces. Some light mold had developed due to long-term moisture exposure, which we carefully removed using safe, antimicrobial products.

Leak Discovered Inside the Cabin

While working, we identified signs of moisture intrusion and discovered a leak inside the cabin. The owner was unaware, and we promptly informed them to prevent future damage.

Standing Water in Rear Storage Compartment

When lifting the rear seats (which in Dodge Ram models reveal a built-in under-seat storage compartment), we discovered standing water inside. This came as a surprise to both us and the vehicle owner. We cleaned and dried the area as best as possible and recommended visiting a mechanical or body shop to fully inspect and fix the leak.
