Honda CR-V Interior Cleaning in Cowichan Bay – Pet Hair Removal & Full Detailing

A client from Cowichan Bay contacted Mr. Suds Mobile Auto Detailing with a special request. He had just purchased a brand-new Honda CR-V, but due to an emergency with his dog, he had to use the vehicle to drive back and forth to the veterinarian.

Unfortunately, this left the rear seats and carpet extremely dirty, with dog hair, pet dander, and sand throughout the interior. While the vehicle was mechanically new, the interior needed serious attention.

Interior Detailing: Deep Cleaning with Pet Hair Removal

Our goal was to restore the interior of this new Honda CR-V to a like-new condition. Here’s what we did:

• Full interior vacuuming, including all seats, floor mats, trunk, and tight corners

• Pet hair removal using a drill-powered brush attachment and detailing brushwork

• Tornador air tool used to dislodge fine sand and hair from seams and carpet weave

• Steam cleaning of hard surfaces and tight areas

• Leather seat cleaning using specialized leather-safe chemicals

• UV-protective conditioner applied to all leather and plastic surfaces

• Final vacuuming and interior glass cleaning for a crystal-clear finish

Despite the heavy contamination with dog hair and sand, the interior was fully refreshed and significantly restored — matching what you’d expect from a professional interior car cleaning service.

Exterior: Standard Full Wash & Protection

We also performed our Standard Exterior Detailing Package, which included:

• Pre-rinse and power wash

• pH-neutral foam shampoo application

• Hand wash using a two-bucket method

• Full rinse and spray wax application for protection and shine

• Hand drying with microfiber towels

• Tire and wheel detailing + tire dressing

• Exterior window cleaning
